Access to and use of the Collingwood Society website is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing any part of this website you become a “user” and you agree to be bound by these Term and Conditions.

1. Use of Material appearing on the Collingwood Society website

For the purpose of this agreement, “material” means any material published on the Collingwood Society website including, without limitation, all text, images and graphics of any nature whatsoever, regardless of whether the copyright or any other intellectual property rights rest with us or a third party.

Should the material requested not originate with Us, or We do not hold the rights for further reproduction, we will endeavour to direct you to the appropriate persons.

We do not give any warranty as to the availability, accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the information and material published on the Collingwood Society website and expressly disclaim on behalf of the Collingwood Society Committee and any party contributing material (to the maximum extent permitted by law) all liability for any damage or loss resulting whatsoever and howsoever from your use of or reliance on the information and material published on the Collingwood Society website.

You acknowledge that Your use of, or access to, the Collingwood Society website may be subject to interruption or delay. We do not give you any warranty that the Collingwood Society website will be error free, without interruption or delay, or free from defects in design or engineering.
5. Jurisdiction

This agreement and Your use of the Collingwood Society website shall be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
