Lt-Col Jack Ashman, ex-Commanding Officer of the Royal Marines Reserve (Tyne), looks at the history of the Royal Marines, with an emphasis on the Trafalgar period.  This is not an exclusive focus however, as we are told many of the anecdotes are either side of that time….  and we like anecdotes, don’t we?

This will for sure be an informative and accurate overview of the history of the Corps and an insight into their changing role onboard Royal Navy warships.
